The mattress is highly versatile, combining waterproof and quilted sides for an ideal children’s mattress. Use the waterproof side when they first come out of the crib and while they’re training. The waterproof side also functions as a dust-mite barrier and provides excellent backup for when the mattress pad is dislodged, missing, or otherwise unavailable. When the child gets older, flip the mattress over for a more luxurious quilted feel. The 2-in-1 kids mattress is certified organic and is designed without glues, adhesives, flame retardants, or other questionable materials. WATERPROOFING
Using a patented Naturepedic design, the waterproof side of the mattress features an organic cotton fabric with an LDPE waterproof coating so pure it actually meets food contact standards (made from non-GMO sugarcane without any glues or adhesives.

PLA LAYER
PLA is a high-performance fiber made from non-GMO sugarcane that adds resiliency and improved moisture wicking for a more comfortable night’s sleep. PLA is a plant-based material used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies, and does not contain or off-gas harmful chemicals.

PREMIUM INNERSPRING
Features a comfortable premium innerspring with contouring support so your child will fall asleep and stay asleep. The open nature of the coils provides excellent breathability and heat dissipation.
